Our method

Focus Orange tests the deployability of (categories of) employees through careful data analysis. Based on this, we determine:

  • Huidige en toekomstige knelpunten in alle segmenten en niveaus van de organisatie;
  • Aard van elk knelpunt: fysiek, mentaal, competenties of financieel;
  • Welke capaciteiten en middelen de onderneming vanuit haar belang kan en wil bieden;
  • Hoe medewerkers gestimuleerd kunnen worden om zelf verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid;
  • Doelgerichte oplossingen die passen bij de organisatie en verschillende groepen medewerkers. We kunnen acute problemen helpen oplossen, met het oog gericht op structurele optimalisering van de inzetbaarheid. En wij helpen medewerkers te betrekken bij de invulling, invoering en uitvoering van die programma’s.
