Our approach

Focus Orange tests the deployability of (categories of) employees through careful data analysis. Based on this, we:

  • Assess the current and future bottlenecks in all segments and levels of the organisation;
  • Identify the nature of each bottleneck: physical, mental, competence or financial;
  • Determine what capacities and resources the company could offer in line with her interests;
  • Determine how employees could be stimulated to take ownership in their development and employability;
  • Offer targeted solutions suitable for the company and various groups of employees. We solve acute problems, considering structural optimization of employability. We help to involve employees with the interpretation, introduction and implementation of programs undertaken.

Result

The organisation possesses well-founded, measurable and tailored solutions to make the deployability of employees more sustainable. These solutions contribute to the (future) organisational strategy, respond to the wishes and needs of employees and are understood and supported by the entire organisation.
