Our approach

Focus Orange creates the required insight through:

  • Identifying current employment conditions, possibly supplemented with market practice based on available benchmark data;
  • Valuation of current benefits and costs of various employee benefits using our quantitative model, and calculation based on scenarios;
  • Comparison of costs and benefits of various elements of employment conditions, and quantitative assessment of possible exchange between employee benefits, for example, pension, vacation days, education or variable pay.


Complete insight into the current rewards and disposal over a tool to compile an attractive, competitive and cost-effective package. This can serve as a base for the creation of a new package and for negotiations with the works council and unions.
