As an associate consultant I work on various themes, from total rewards to executive compensation and retirement. I focus on the influences on the organization as a whole, but also the influences on employees at the individual level. The strategic developments of an organization are of high interest to me, combined with investment in people. This is also reflected in my study background in which I supplemented Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
In my approach I like to compare the quantitative and qualitative considerations, in order to achieve the best suitable advice. The linkage between data and feelings are of great importance to me.
Besides my work, I like being outdoors for sports or recreation. I think it is important to make a contribution to society and regularly commit to charities, such as the Alpe d’HuZes.
