As product consultant I support global companies in their exploration for a people analytics and workforce planning solution. Together with the client/prospect I asses the readiness for workforce analytics and I am passionate about applying workforce analytics in the employer branding space. I work on a variety of projects with organisations to understand their challenges and help them understand what workforce analytics can do for them. Apart from commercial development propositions I am the lead contact for our partnerships with educational institutions and partners. What I like most within my role is that I can combine my affinity with data analysis and my customer focus to contribute to the success of the organization.
In my role as a marketing specialist I focus on the effective use of customer/prospect insights in order to develop (product) marketing strategies based on data analytics. Therefore I create and improve propositions that suit the needs of our clients. I identify opportunities to increase customer value throughout the whole customer life-cycle and analyse business practices and goals in order to create the best customer experience as possible. For this purpose I make use of inbound marketing techniques and marketing automatization. In addition, I coordinate the online marketing & lead strategy in order to deliver successful (online) marketing activities, content and campaigns.
