My activities are mainly focused on the Executive Compensation discipline, but I also focus on remuneration policies in the broader sense of the organization, where I focus on strategic issues such as designing a new remuneration policy or processes. A self-evaluation of a Board of Management or Supervisory Board is part of the work.
I am always looking for challenges and solutions off the beaten path and can quickly adapt to new environments. For example, I work regularly on an interim basis, so that I test my adaptability time after time. This way, I often dive into the deep with different issues.
In finding the best solution, my analytical thinking about the implications of certain considerations are characteristic of my approach.
In my spare time I like to experience new things, I like travelling to places that are still undiscovered for me.
