Over the past 15 years I have helped employers with a wide range of issues in terms of terms and conditions of employment and pensions – often questions that require strategic changes. Together with the client I look for HR solutions that contribute to the company’s strategy, align with future developments and can count on support from stakeholders.
Characteristic of my approach is a strong combination of involvement, substantive knowledge and cooperation. It is my strength to take into account the interests and sensitivities of the various parties involved in complex change processes in order to achieve broadly supported changes within the set deadlines.
The pleasure of working together and being with others is also what characterizes me outside of work. This can be through sports, being a volunteer at my children’s sports clubs or cooking and eating with friends and family. One of my best experiences was to set up my own ROPA-run team together with four former colleagues. A wonderful combination to mean something to others through a sporting commitment and cooperation.
