As a senior sales manager, I am jointly responsible for the construction of our current sales & marketing team, and Crunchr’s commercial process since 2015. I use over 13 years of experience within the HRIT domain to engage with organizations to discuss how technology and data can help them make critical decisions about their staff. I believe in the smart and intuitive solution that Crunchr offers and carry it out with great enthusiasm. Of course, I am proud that major employers such as Randstand, KLM, Heineken and Tata Steel have chosen our solution.
I find it important to remain involved in the implementation and adoption of Cruchr as a software solution, in order to achieve the intended success together with the client. I do this by successfully connecting the various stakeholders in the project.
Besides satisfied customers, I really get a kick out of adventures with my mountain bike. From extremely long descents in the mountainous Barcelona to riding the beach along the Dutch coastline.
