In my job as Associate Consultant I mainly support in projects where data plays a crucial role in obtaining insights. Due to my background in business analytics, I know how to make the translation from data to insights. For this purpose I develop tooling that is transparent for all parties involved. In my analysis and tooling I like to look at things from a mathematical point of view. I want to use data not only to offer a solution or an answer but also to remove unclarities in HR projects.

I like to be challenged on a technical and social level. Working together to approach the problem and finding an appropriate solution for all parties gives me satisfaction.

In my spare time I like to play sports, hang out with friends and relax by reading a good book. I enjoy challenging myself during for example crossfit or tennis.
